Learn how to share and export your visualisations and datasets.
Sharing your data is simple, all parts of your dashboard can be shared.
Pages can be shared by simply copying the address in the URL bar.
You can share an individual item by right clicking it, going to 'Share', then clicking 'Copy link'. A window will open with a link you can copy to share the item, or simply click 'Open in a new tab' to view it yourself. images
Note: Shared items can only be viewed by authorized users. Links are not public.
You can share an image, PDF, or excel spreadsheet from many of the visualisations by exporting the visualisation.
To export your visualization, right-click on it and choose 'Download'. In the download menu, pick the type of download you prefer - data (XLXS file), image (PNG file), or PDF - and proceed to complete the download. image
